Easter Eggs

Easter eggs are a cute, fun and quick project to do with the kids.  The knitting part is not really for the true beginner but decorating the eggs is for everyone. Best of all you won’t have a big mess. Also consider an Easter tree or wreath. This is another great way to use all that extra scrap yarn you have around the house.

Supplies and Information

Tiny Chicks

Skill Level: Advanced Beginners

Size: Approximately 2 inches tall

Stitches: Knit (Use the U-wrap version of the Knit Stitch)

Loom: Small Loom – 5 inches in Diameter. I used the 24-peg Knifty Knitter

Yarn: Approximately 20 yards of worsted weight . I used scraps I had on hand.

Tools and Notions: Loom Hook, Yarn Needle, Fiberfill, Ribbon, Rhinestones, Glue (Optional)
