Garter Stitch Necklace on Any Knitting Loom Video

Loom Knit the Garter Stitch Necklace Cowl

Loom knit garter stitch necklace

I wanted to design a spring cowl that worked in places like Florida where it’s cold in the early morning, warm in the late morning and hot by noon. Then at about 6:00 pm you feel a little chill in the air. So the Garter Stitch Necklace is it.
You can make all your straps the same size, adjust the number of straps or make them different length. I think it’s super cool and I sure hope you like it. Don’t forget that mothers day is Sunday, May 10.

I am now on my second one after the first came out wonderfully thanks to you and your easy to follow videos! I wish I had your design skill because I think a sort of bib necklace that you could put pins or buttons on would be so cute. Like doing just the collar portion of this necklace, but that gets wider at the front. I just have no idea how to go about putting my idea into a design! Any pointers?

Another fabulous pattern. I’m doing one in some leftover old wool to check I can get it neat, then am going to have a go with some fancy yarn I bought and have been keeping for something special.
    Thank you Denise xx
